The Ballhaus Association was founded in March 2021 by people from the inner circles of the Danish ensemble Via Artis Konsort.
The aim of the association is:
To develop, produce and disseminate cultural projects, as well as to offer services associated with these cultural endeavours. The association's activities will focus in particular on the development and production of cultural projects that aim to develop social relationships in connection with art and cultural experiences.
The board of The Ballhaus Association is formed by three members who hold the positions of chairman, deputy chairman and treasurer.

The activities of The Ballhaus Association focus on social relationships in connection with the art and culture experience.
The association's first major project is "The Virtual Music Community", an online social platform where users can gain access to a variety of music activities and commonly create an online community around their music interests. The project is described in detail on these pages.
From 2022, The Ballhaus Association will handle the concert series "BRO concerts", a serie of minimum 5 annual concerts in Odense, Denmark. The concerts are characterized by a deliberate bridge building between classical music and other genres.
The Ballhaus Association is also the producer of a number of innovative performances and concerts, including a number of site-responsive events with the joint project title "Anywhere revisited". Concerts and performances are described in detail on these pages.
Although we probably never run out of projects we would like to realize, The Ballhaus Association is always open to suggestions for external projects and collaborations. Feel free to send us an email with great ideas!
